This dinner is full…. No more signups….

Joe and I are hosting the next Sunday night dinner at Casa Del Angel at 5:00pm. Sun is setting early so we moved the time back to 5:00pm!!! The dinner will be a semi-Mexican Theme dinner prepared by Robin the Indian!!!!!! Thick Pork Chops, cups of corn, and mashed potatoes and gravy with a Robin twist!!!! It is also time to start thinking about the 3rd Wed night of the month for our big gathering and signing up for both of these through the FIDO website. Happy Days to all !!!!!! – Robin y Joe

THE MENU:

  • Pork Chops (a la Robín)
  • cabbage, almond, bacon, cheese salad
  • Mashed Potatoes with a Mushroom Gravy
  • “Cups of Corn” (from an old family recipe)
  • Pecan Pie

LOCATION:

The price for each person came out to 70 pesos and there were 17 people at this dinner.

  1. Excellent pork chops, the best in Puerto Vallarta. The salad was good enough to take home the recipe. Dinner price, with 25 people in attendance, was 70 pesos a person. A beautiful night dining with very pleasant people with one of the most spectacularly beautiful views in Puerto Vallarta. Slight rain and very mild temperatures.
