This Sunday the dinner will be at Fred and Sue Wilcox’s. It will be a pool-side dinner at their condo complex at Jacarandas and Manuel Diegas in Old Town, Puerto Vallarta. Parking is fairly easy or it’s a block off of any bus line going out of town via the tunnel route.

Cocktails and dinner by the pool. Dessert in our condo so that everyone can carry something back upstairs!

Our condo unit is non-smoking but pool-side smoking is ok.

• Grilled marinated pork loin
• Apple and Onion chutney
• Asian Slaw
• Black bean and corn salad
• Margarita pie for dessert
