This dinner is a spectacular Tuna Bash at Teatro Limon restaurant. It is in the same format as our private house dinners (fixed price under 80 pesos, BYOB, informal, etc) except that it is being hosted by chef Bruce Byng at his Teatro Limon Restaurant (The restaurant is closed for the summer).

Bruce will be preparing several different versions of tuna in his interactive kitchen. Those attending this dinner will be given the option of helping Bruce prepare the assorted dishes (this is fun). Be prepared for a very interesting, entertaining and tasty evening.

Remember that all those attending are expected to help with the cleanup (a gentle reminder…).

Dinner is on Friday, July 30 at 6 pm.
